JRich has been contract producing for the past 15 years.

Her micro-production company, Geniuspills Media, currently specializes in new media projects. Support for Los Angeles area productions include budget development / management, team coordaintion (including payroll), insrance and permitting, casting coordination, cross-department rentals, and physical produciton overhead.

The company also creates original content: two short films (one sci-fi, one horror) are currently at film festival market, and a third (western) is in pre-production.
